JAS has first-rate human resources, on a level with its high-tech equipment and machinery, resulting from professional commitment, in-depth experience and careful selection.

The firm currently has a workforce of twenty-seven employees operating directly under the owners, who personally supervise - according to their specific tasks - the planning of orders (entrusted to four clerks) and the work process.

The entire staff and the owners are constantly committed to improving their professional skills through refresher courses and programs on which the firm bases its ongoing development process, aimed at increasingly better quality services, enabling JAS to maintain a competitive edge in the interest of its customers.
