In order to appraise the
capacity and reliability of JAS, it is necessary to know its production
system.
Our investment policy is aimed
at achieving a position of technological leadership in the market through
constant upgrading of the systems to meet the needs of the most demanding
customers, also for the production of particularly complex parts.
JAS can also provide customers with services concerning the
preliminary production phase.The die is prepared according to the design,
followed by preproduction runs for quality control. This service can be
provided thanks to the time-proven synergies JAS has established with
highly reliable specialists.
In particular, JAS production organization meets two all-important
requirements: constant control of product quality in every phase of work,
and a production capacity also able to meet the needs of large enterprise.
Product
Cold forming of sheet, also in automatic. Specialized in medium and large
production runs. We also carry out assemblies, spot-welding and welding.
Equipment
Goose-neck and double-sided presses from 35 to 500 t. The doubled-sided
presses have tables up to 800x2500x1800 mm. The firm has a tooling
department for the maintenance of dies, and a welding, spot-welding and
drilling department.
